The project

The Dental Light Group is a network of dental medicine clinics founded in 2009 with the goal of bringing quality dental treatment by experienced professionals to the community, with accessible pricing for all.

In December 2020, Dental Light, by then having clinics in Braga, Oporto, Vila Nova de Famalicão, Guimarães and Barcelos, contacted Chibious in order to develop and execute a strategy to generate qualified leads for the group’s five clinics.

Chibious created a multichannel strategy for Google Ads and Meta Ads, focusing on search and YouTube Ads campaigns on Google and Lead Ads and call campaigns on Meta channels (Facebook and Instagram), distributed by locations close to each Dental Light clinic.

The campaigns’ focus was specifically the promotion of various dental medicine services that Dental Light caters to, particularly implantology (dental implants) and orthodontics (dental braces), with continuous, evergreen campaigns for continuous optimization of contact gathering.

Among the campaigns that were developed were also campaigns to promote the Dental Light Open Days, initiatives from 2023 to promote invisible braces with a promotional offer, with the goal of filling up appointments for the day with potential patients interested in the offer.

Between December 2020 and January 2024, Chibious’ strategy generated more than 6000 leads for the various Dental Light Group clinics, with an average conversion rate of 6.72% and an average cost per lead of €8.04. Meta Ads turned out to be particularly effective in acquiring patients, with an average conversion rate of 11.37% and an average cost per qualified lead of only €5.70.

Thanks to the growth in revenue, Dental Light Group managed to expand to two further locations, namely, Póvoa de Varzim and Lisbon, with the focus of advertising in these two cities being mostly digital, given the results for the other clinics.

Furthermore, given the efficiency of Performance Marketing channels to acquire loyal patients with high lifetime value, Dental Light redirected their communication efforts to digital channels, accompanying a branding change in 2023 with a reinforcement of the winning strategy since 2020.
